FAQ

Which areas do you cover?

Within Klang Valley: free. Outside Klang Valley: add RM30. Outside KL & Selangor: add RM50, discuss with us when booking.

What do I need to prepare?

A space for activities (a living room is enough) and parking nearby. We handle the rest.

What if I need to change the date?

Free if you let us know at least 3 days before the event, subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations: the deposit is not refundable.

Is the balloon twisting for all the kids?

Yes! Our balloon stock is unlimited. Every kid gets one, and moms who want one too are welcome.

Can you do events other than birthdays?

Of course! Badut Jim has entertained corporate events, graduations, weddings, political functions and even circumcision ceremonies. Funerals are the only thing we haven’t done.

How early should I book?

As early as you can! Popular dates (school holidays, weekends) fill up fast. First come first served, and the RM100 deposit locks your date.

How do I pay the deposit?

RM100 deposit by bank transfer or DuitNow after we confirm availability. The balance is paid after the show, cash or transfer.

Do you offer anything besides the clown?

Yes! Puppet shows, magic shows, face painting, mascots and party games. WhatsApp us to ask.
